Martin Hopcroft provides financial, operational and strategic management to complex businesses, including restructurings, turnarounds and transformations.

With over thirty-five years of international experience in multi-site operations across multiple industries, he has a track record of transitional management to deliver significant improvements in trading, working capital, cashflow, liquidity and enterprise value.

He has extensive experience of stakeholder relationships, corporate governance and cash management as chief financial officer of private equity investments, listed companies and private companies.

He has developed an intuitive approach to short-term reporting and forecasting of cashflow and liquidity, with global application.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, he is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and he is a Member of The Institute for Turnaround.
